Terms of Sale

These terms cover every order placed on code3615.ch. If anything here is unclear, write to info@code3615.ch before you buy.

Ordering

Clicking the buy button places an order with an obligation to pay. It forms a binding contract at the price shown.

Every shirt is a numbered limited edition. When the last number is gone, the edition is gone.

Prices

Prices are in Swiss francs and include any applicable tax. Shipping is a flat rate, shown on the product page and again in the total before you confirm.

Payment

Cards, TWINT and the digital wallets your device offers. Stripe takes the payment. Your card number never reaches us.

Delivery

Switzerland only. Orders leave within 2 to 5 working days by Swiss Post. Busy periods can add a few days.

Returns

Sales are final. We do not take a shirt back because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, so read the size guide first.

If something is wrong with your order

That is a different matter. If a shirt arrives damaged or faulty, or it is not what you ordered, tell us and we will replace it or refund it. Swiss law gives you two years from delivery for defects (OR Art. 197 and following). Nothing on this page shortens that or takes it away.

Law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The ordinary Swiss courts decide any dispute, and as a consumer you can always bring your claim at the court where you live.
