CODE 3615

Privacy Policy

The short version: this site does not track you. No analytics, no advertising tags, no cookies. The only personal data we hold is what you type into checkout so we can post you a shirt.

Who is responsible

Anthony Dubuis, CODE 3615, Pully. The full address is on the imprint, and info@code3615.ch reaches us.

While you browse

Nothing is collected. No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags, no cookies, no third-party fonts or scripts. Reading these pages sends nothing to anyone and leaves nothing behind.

The one exception is functional and temporary: when you go to Stripe to pay, the site stores a single flag in your browser so it knows where to bring you back. It carries no personal data and your browser drops it when you close the tab.

Serving a page needs your IP address and your browser's request, the way every website does. We use that to deliver the page and to keep the site up, nothing else.

When you buy

Checkout runs on Stripe's page, not ours. You give Stripe your name, email address, shipping address and payment details.

What reaches our own database is your email address and the record of the order: which shirt, which size, which edition number, and the amount. Card numbers never reach us. Your name and shipping address stay with Stripe, where we read them to post your parcel.

What we do with it

Send your shirt, send you a confirmation, write to you about that order if we need to, and keep the books. We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or send you marketing.

Why we are allowed to

We need it to deliver the order you placed. Processing that is necessary to perform a contract with you needs no separate consent under Swiss data protection law, and the retention below is required of us by accounting law.

Stripe

Stripe processes payment and checkout data on our behalf and may transfer it abroad, including to the United States. Those transfers run on standard contractual clauses and the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework. Stripe's own privacy policy covers what Stripe collects directly.

How long we keep it

The order and accounting record: 10 years, as OR Art. 958f requires. Your email address: deleted 2 years after the purchase.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, and have it deleted where the law does not require us to keep it. Write to info@code3615.ch. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can take it to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Bern.

Changes

If this policy changes, the version on this page replaces the one before it.
